Terms and Conditions

1) All our items are new and in good condition.

2) Serious buyers only. No Back Out Buyers!

3) All items are based on first come first serve basis. Price are not negotiable.

4) Items can be reserved for 2 days. It will be made available to other customers if payment is not made by then.

5) Payment has to be made withing 48 hours(2 days) after the email regarding confirmation of order is sent to you, otherwise order will be automatically cancelled.

6) Seller will not be responsible for any damages or loss on the item(s) incurred during the postage. Seller will not be responsible and/or held liable to any missing parcels.

7) All goods sold are final. No exchanges, returns or refunds available.

8) COLOR: Due to the different settings of monitors, color of the real item may vary slightly from the photos seen on this website.

Place an Order

Step 1: Drop us an email at chicscarf@gmail.com

Step 2: Include the following details in your email :

(a) Your name
(b) Mailing Address
(c) Email
(d) Telephone No
(e) Name of item you want to purchase
(f) Quantity

Step 3: Simply wait for our confirmation order email within 24 hours :)

Step 4: Bank in / transfer payment to the MAYBANK/CIMB account number provided in our email to you.

Step 5: After making payment, notify us about it by sending us an email regarding the details of your payment. (i.e. when the payment was made & the amount of payment)

Step 6: Upon confirmation of your payment, item(s) will be posted to you either on Tuesday or Friday of that week.
Please take note that we only do delivery on these two days.

Step 7: Patiently (but excitedly) wait for your goodies to arrive :)
